Convention Bureau relies on the support of two specialised agencies
which were selected for theirproven track record in the organisation of
“turnkey” products. Our Convention Bureau forwards your specifi cations
to these agencies, which will then give you a custom-made quote. Once
you have made your selection, the selected agency then takes over to
prepare and plan your event.
Our partner agencies have the right qualifications and tools to take
care of hotel bookings and handle transportation for participants.They
are also qualified to organize “extracurricular” activities, day trips
and post-conference activities.
