The Convention Bureau, a department of the Tourist Office and Convention Bureau of Mulhouse and its region (OTC) has created a network of partners.
These establishments: • all have a meeting room covering at least 30 m2
• are all members of the OTC
• are all bound by the Quality Charter
1. Criteria related to the meeting room: • specially designed to hold meetings
• easy access
• good visibility (for instance: no pillars in the middle of the room)
• good sound insulation
• good acoustics
• locker rooms and public conveniences nearby
2. Amenities available in the room: • basic equipment available: flip chart, screen
• other equipment - the video projector in particular - is available at the client’s request
• the technical installations are recent and maintained before they are used by the client
• other facilities such as access to a fax machine and an Internet connection can be made available to the client
3. These partners: • work with the Convention Bureau on a regular basis and the clients who contact them through the Convention Bureau receive preferential treatment
• send their reply within fortyeight hours at the latest
• are committed to taking the clients remarks and suggestions into consideration
• agree to work together with the partner agencies
